Number of clients needed to run class: For class to occur we must have 4 or more clients registered an hour prior to class time. If the class is cancelled due to lack of participants, you will not be charged for the class.

Clients can reserve their bikes through our online system. In order to guarantee yourself a bike, please reserve your spot.

Late Policy: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the class to claim your bike. Bikes will be given to waitlist clients and walk in’s once the class begins. If you are going to be late, give us a call and we will hold your bike for up to 5 minutes after the start of the class.

Waitlist Policy: If the class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If added to the class you will receive an email to confirm your spot. You must confirm by email.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation up to 4 hours prior to the start of the class. If you do not cancel within the window, your will be charged for your scheduled class. For unlimited class pass packages, you will lose a day on your membership, as this affects our class count.

Minors: An adult must accompany Riders under the age of 14. If the child is under 16 , a parent/guardian must sign the waiver.  

Expiry Dates: Please note all class passes have expiry dates. We will not extend any dates for non medical reasons. A doctors note is required to put pass on hold.

Footwear: Indoor footwear only. Sticky Socks are required for Barre, BEAT and Pilates for safety and cleanliness reasons. Indoor cycle shoes are encouraged and complimentary for use.


  • We encourage new riders to come at least 15 minutes early so that the instructor can perform proper bike set up prior to the start of class.
    Please silence your phones and put them away.
    Dedicate that hour to you.
  • If you  like to do your own thing in class, please do not sit in the front row , as it is distracting. 
  • All sales are final. No refunds for classes not used.
