This is our signature 45 minute class, focusing on tempo, timing, and rhythm. It is an invigorating full body workout (we've added hand weights and core work) and is designed for all fitness levels. Music is an integral part of the CycleBarrie experience, with instructors choreographing their own classes, syncing to the beat, and ensuring a fresh ride every class.
