  • Double Sweat . Begin with 30 min.body sculpting with Barre, followed by 30 min relaxing yoga. No dance experience necessary,

  • Our classic Barre format that is based on high repetition and light weights to activate and strengthen your entire body. The instructors will continuously change their routines and use a variety of props to keep things interesting. You will never experience the same class twice. Sticky socks are recommended.
