ACCELERATED CYCLEBARRE STUDIO POLICIES


Number of clients needed to run class: For class to occur we must have 4 or more clients registered an hour prior to class time. If the class is cancelled due to lack of participants, you will not be charged for the class.

Reservations:
Clients can reserve their bikes through our online system. In order to guarantee yourself a bike, please reserve your spot.

Late Policy: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the class to claim your bike. Bikes will be given to waitlist clients and walk in’s once the class begins. If you are going to be late, give us a call and we will hold your bike for up to 5 minutes after the start of the class.

Waitlist Policy: If the class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If added to the class you will receive an email to confirm your spot. You must confirm by email.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation up to 2 hours prior to the start of the class. If you do not cancel within the window, your will be charged for your scheduled class. For unlimited class pass packages, you will be charged the $15 drop in fee to be paid prior to your next class, as this affects our class count. If class is cancelled we will notify particpants by email and post it on the site. 

Minors: An adult must accompany Riders under the age of 14. If the child is under 16 , a parent/guardian must sign the waiver.  

Expiry Dates: Please note all class passes have expiry dates. We will not extend any dates for non medical reasons. A doctors note is required to put pass on hold.

Footwear: Indoor footwear only. Sticky Socks are required for Barre, BEAT and Pilates for safety and cleanliness reasons. Indoor running shoes are required for LITT, and circuit classes.

All Sales are final. We do not offer refunds for classes not used.

 

 

THE CYCLEBARRE CODE

Arrive at least 15 min early for class. This way the instructor can perform proper bike set up and start the class on time. Please silence you phones and dedicate your class time to you.


Introduce yourself to newcomers :)

Don't be embarrassed, if it is your first time. Everyone here started from somewhere. Ask the instructors questions, if you need help.

Bring family and friends. Why enjoy a fantastic workout experience all by your self.
